I wanted to start a blog to just open up my mind, explore possibilities in writing, and to just do something.  I am a veteran transitioning out of a job I loved for many years (leading people, developing people, and managing the dwindling resources of all things) and am out here feeling the sadness of loss.  I figure during this time, I am not alone in my lamenting nor my need to share what I feel with someone, anyone, perhaps with you.  Vulnerabilities make us feel insecure and throw chaos into an already chaotic world.  This blog is my push back for all of us, a way to feel together.
